Henry Andrew Mehall surprised us all and arrived late Thanksgiving night on November 28, 2008! We had had a full day with the family for Thanksgiving and my contractions started while watching the UT/ATM game around 9:00 p.m. By 11:30 they were in full force and we headed to the hospital where they told me I was in "active" labor and would be having Henry that night/early morning. Henry arrived into this world at 5:39 a.m.- a true blessing and miraculous event! He was thankfully in great health weighing 6 lbs 3 oz and 19 inches long even though he was 3 weeks early. It has been a joyous past 2 weeks as we have settled in at home and figured out the new "normal" routine for the Mehall family. I love my two sweet babies and just feel so blessed by them both during this holiday season!
